The U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO) is a multi-tiered competition designed to stimulate and promote achievement in high school chemistry. It is sponsored by the American Chemical Society (ACS).
The National Exam is a rigorous 3-part test that is administered to the top ~1000 students from the local competitions. It covers a wide range of topics from general chemistry to organic chemistry, and includes a lab practical section.
